fix(backend): fixes forloop with 257 items only iterates once ( #446 )
...
usize as u8 will mask out the higher bits, so 0x100 as u8 is 0x00, 0x101
is 0x01 and only iterates once, etc....
refactors push_next_flow_job a bit
