* ci: add freshness check for auto-generated system prompts Add a CI workflow and script to verify system_prompts/auto-generated/ stays in sync with its source files (SDKs, schemas, CLI commands, etc). Also remove the hardcoded CLI version from generated output to avoid unnecessary churn on every release.
