2c0de25423 Semver-based migrations 
- Put migrations into a separate file: migrations.js
- Add semver, for more specific version-based migrations.
- Change `state.saved.version` to semver app version.

d4efebd694 Remove focusWindow function

the window.

6e240b3fd4 Misc file moving and cleanup 
- Rename JS/CSS for main.html to be consistent (main.js, main.css)
- Add hx.js module to reduce virtual-dom boilerplate
- Move state.js into renderer/lib.js where it belongs
- Rename torrent-list.js -> home.js for consistency
- Rename create-torrent-page.js -> create-torrent.js for consistency

*  Skip forward 10 seconds ((CMD OR CTRL) ALT right)
 Skip back 10 seconds ((CMD OR CTRL) ALT left)
 Increase video speed ((CMD OR CTRL) +)
 Decrease video speed ((CMD OR CTRL) -)

fixed bug with shift + "=" which is "+"

* rename setPlaybackRate to changePlaybackRate
setRate return boolean depending on whether this cast target supports setting the playback rate.
if setRate returns false - don`t change state
redundant else if statement in changePlaybackRate function
