* remove Entity directory from excludes, so autoregistration works
* do not register services for interfaces
* move tax class to invoice namespace
* exclude a few classes from service container
* flag SensitiveParameter to prevent logging
* flag SensitiveProperty to prevent logging
* flag Loggable entities for auditing
